Today was about getting closer to real users.

We created a support dashboard to give visibility into who is using the service. Clear data, clear oversight.

Comment and reply creation got an upgrade. Faster, smoother, more reliable.

We onboarded our first user. That’s a milestone worth noting. TriggerDM is no longer just code and prototypes. It’s in someone’s hands.

And then came the legal gymnastics. Allowing anyone to use the service means navigating rules, policies, and compliance. It’s not glamorous, but it’s necessary 🙃

This stage is about readiness. The product is shaping up, and the path to more users is opening.
